Personal   Profile

Doctoral Supervisor. Professor Xu has long been engaged in the   innovation of biological manufacturing technologies of agricultural chemicals   and food additives. She has been invited to become the main drafter of   national industry standards. Through the whole process innovation of   engineering technology by Professor Xu, the situation of long-term dependence   on imports was broken. In addition, it has been promoted to enter the   National Food Additive Catalogue. Professor Xu has invented a series of new   technologies for screening, transformation and industrial application of   biocatalysts, in order to realize the green manufacturing and substitution of   new functional sugar.
