01  Activity introduction

With the purposing of promoting the cultural exchange of different national youth generation, promoting foreign students’ acknowledge and favor of China, taking record for students’ special annual lifestyles,consumption patterns, significant changes in work patterns, study habits, etc.,and all the extraordinary experience, entrusted by the ministry of educationinternational department in 2020, Ministry of Education Service Center will undertake campaign series of ‘My Beautiful Encounter with China‘ which is also named as The 4th International Students Essay Contest and Short Video Contest

02  Requirements  

This contest adopts the method of soliciting articles and short videos at the same time. You can choose your own way to take part in the contest, or you can take part in the contest in both the two ways at the same time.    

From your own perspective, you can record your experiences, new ways of life and your feelings after studying in China, which can be related to all areas of social life. I will encourage you to pay attention to all kinds of hot topics related to people's livelihood. You can tell vivid and true Chinese stories or expresses touching feelings.

Requirements of the essay：

The title is self-designed, the genre is not limited. The essay must be written in Chinese with the length of about 1000 words.

Requirements of the short video：

1. It must be an original videos not published on public platforms

2. The title is self-designed and shooting technique is not limited 

3. The video’s duration may be about 15-60 seconds and the format of it need to be MP4
