In order to help the overseas students of 2017 to adapt to the study environment of Nanjing Tech University as soon as possible,and to understand the library resources and service function of Nanjing Tech University, to better use the books and electronic data resources, on the morning of September 13th, the Yifu Library of Nanjing Tech University has conducted a lecture for the overseas students.

Mr. Sun Chao and Ms.Chen Xuan, the teachers working in the Library,  introduced the electronic resources and the paper resources of Nanjing Tech University library for the international students, and explained how to borrow and return books in detail, as well as the relevant regulations of the library, and instructed the students to study and use library resources. In the second and sixth English Book Reading Room, the students enjoyed reading the English books on the shelves and watching the history of the library development. In view of the characteristics of overseas students, Ms. Chen provided an explanation in English, wearing a loudspeaker to ensure that every student could hear the introduction clearly. International students also visited the creators of the Dream Factory, Intelligent Manufacturing, Intelligent Control, Virtual Simulation, Energy-saving Emission Reduction, Cultural Creativity and other regions on the second floor of the library. Some Chinese students introduced their own fruits of research work and the ongoing innovative activities for the overseas students in every project.

After the lecture, the students were very glad to take photos with the teachers. The abundant resources, the advanced facilities and the comfortable premises environment of Nanjing Tech University library were highly praised by them. They were so full of expectation for the coming life in Nanjing Tech University.
