ClickTimes:     Release Date:Dec.01,2025    Update Time:Dec.01,2025

Choosing a reliable language training institution is crucial for international students studying Chinese and integrating into local life. However, some criminals have taken advantage of students' learning needs to set up fake training institutions for fraud. Today, we will break down such scams and help you avoid traps.

I. Criminal methods

Fake institutions usually use social media advertisements, campus flyers, WeChat group push notifications, and other means to attract international students with exaggerated propaganda such as "one month fluent Chinese ability", "one-on-one with senior teachers tutoring", "HSK4 definitely pass", etc. Once you contact for consultation, they will urge payment under the pretext of "limited time discount" and "shortage of quota". After payment, you may find that the course content is poorly made and seriously inconsistent with the promotion; Some institutions even go missing after receiving payment, causing students to lose money and delay their study time.

II. Preventive tips

1. Verify qualifications: Before registering, it is necessary to confirm whether the institution has a formal school license.

2. Check reputation: You can search for the reputation of institutions and student evaluations through the internet or app to avoid trusting exaggerated advertising;

3. Pay with caution: When making payments, it is necessary to sign a formal contract, clarify the course content, fee standards, refund policies, etc., avoid paying high fees at once, and keep payment vouchers.
