12月7日，一场古典与时尚碰撞的汉服盛宴“礼衣华夏、共赴华章”子不语汉服社周末艺苑在校音悦台拉开了帷幕。这场由海外教育学院、“一带一路”化工与建筑行业中外人文交流研究院与学生社团联合会共同主办、子不语汉服社承办的活动，吸引了我校留学生们和汉服爱好者们前来参与。

海外教育学院及研究院佴康院长、研究院副院长海外教育学院薛莉清教授与校团委李凤智老师来到活动现场，观看中外学子汉服走秀表演，并与大家共同参与漆扇、剪纸、投壶等文化游戏。佴康院长从“华”“章”古韵到服装的文化意涵出发，指出汉服是中华之礼的体现，中华传统文化的彰显，希望同学们在这场体验活动中不仅身着优雅之华服，更能心存文明之怀想。

“岂曰无衣，与子同袍”，成为现场主题。当“一带一路”来华留学生们与中国学生一起身着多个朝代、不同形制的汉服走上T台时，闪闪发光的丝绸、精致的妆容、飘逸的衣袖及儒雅的剑舞带来的服饰之美、历史之韵，引起在场者的赞叹。

中外学子在这场汉服文化的参与和欣赏中找到共鸣，留学生们纷纷表示汉服体验让他们与华族的传统文化有了更多的情感连接；这是一座文化的桥梁，是人类对艺术、传统和友谊等共同热爱的一场欢庆。

“一带一路”化工与建筑行业中外人文交流研究院以“一带一路”倡议为抓手，聚焦中外人文交流，精心策划“‘一带一路’来华留学生校内融入计划”系列活动，将与校内相关部门与学院合作，做好推进文明互鉴、夯实人类命运共同体建设的工作。

Traditional Chinese clothing or Hanfu (汉服) is not just clothing—it is a symbol of Chinese identity that carries deep cultural and philosophical meaning. It is a culture that shaped Chinese society for centuries. On December 7, my classmates and I had the privilege to experience this special tradition together with Chinese students who were from Our university’s Hanfu club. This is a rare chance for us to try on different Hanfu styles—from the elaborate robes of the Tang Dynasty to the refined and practical Ming Dynasty Winter Hanfu. I am Katherine Margareta Suprapto, an international student from Indonesia. For me, as a Chinese Indonesian, this activity provided a meaningful opportunity to bridge the gap between the Chinese culture that shaped my ancestors and the diverse Indonesian environment where I was born and raised. In Indonesia, the Chinese community has long preserved traditional practices, but over time, these traditions have blended with local customs, creating a unique cultural fusion. While Chinese New Year attire in Indonesia, such as the cheongsam or tangzhuang, is often simplified. Therefor,for me, Hanfu remains a vivid link to the traditional, authentic aspects of Chinese culture. In a rapidly changing world, traditions like these remind us of the importance of honouring the past, while also recognizing how culture continues to evolve and inspire. Whether we wear Hanfu or simply admire its elegance, it serves as a lasting reminder of the values and stories that connect us all.

Under a shared sky, students from all corners of the world came together in NJTech U to celebrate the timeless beauty of Hanfu (汉服)—a symbol of China's rich cultural heritage. It was more than just an event; it was a tapestry woven with vibrant fabrics, elegant makeup, and graceful runway displays. The air was alive with excitement as participants embraced the elegance of Hanfu, flowing sleeves dancing to the rhythm of tradition. Through the beauty of their attire, strangers found common ground, and conversations turned into opportunities to build lasting connections. From shimmering silks to delicate ornaments, each detail spoke of stories passed through generations. As models walked the runway, they carried with them not just garments but a piece of history, evoking awe and admiration from all present. Yet, beyond the fashion and the artistry, the heart of the event lay in the friendships formed—a moment where people looked beyond borders and found kinship in shared appreciation. Smiles were exchanged, laughter echoed, and bonds were created that would linger long after the event ended. The Hanfu gathering was not merely a showcase of beauty; it was a bridge uniting cultures, a celebration of humanity's shared love for art, tradition, and connection.
