防诈骗小课堂(十三)-Beware of Online Shopping

  Online shopping is convenient and fast. Many students who bought daily necessities at the beginning of school will choose online shopping. The fraudster lied that there was a problem with the goods he bought and needed to apply for a refund. He asked the victim to add "official customer service" WeChat, QQ or Alipay, and then used the victim's insufficient payment credit, abnormal account unable to reach the account, need to increase the credit limit and other excuses to induce the victim to transfer money or loan to the other party. Eventually, he was deceived.

Step 1: They will say that you made operational mistakes during the shopping process or used the reason of refunding the price difference and shipping fee.

Step 2: They will say that your Alipay account has a security risk and you need to freeze your Alipay account.

Step 3: They will "kindly" help you solve the problem by tricking you into entering your account, password, and other operations. And then defraud all the money in your account.

Three steps down, interlocking each other! By the time you realize it, the money has already been swindled out.There are many ways for online scammers to impersonate customer service and deceive you.

Don't panic and verify carefully when encountering problems, and don't disclose your account and password.

Tighten the wallet protection rope so that scammers can stay away from you.

Don't believe, don't listen, don't transfer money, don't believe what scammers can do.
